Sponsorship Options

Lanyards – €2,750 + VAT

The Lanyards are one of the most prominent and valued items given to every visitor and every exhibitor at BioMedica. Highly visible on site, they are also retained after their visit, so providing exposure and presence long after the event.

Visitor and Delegate Email Sponsorship – €1,100 + VAT

Exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor emails sent to registered visitors and potential visitors prior to BioMedica.

This can be a great way to promote onsite activities and highlight your participation at the event.

Delegate Pack Inserts – €325

Inserts are useful for announcing product launches, special offers, etc to ensure that the message reaches every visitor at BioMedica and draws them to your stand.

Room Hire – POA

Exhibitors have the opportunity to book rooms within the RDS to give more detailed demonstrations of their products, hold business meetings with key customers or host lunches for delegates and visitors.

Conference Programme Sponsorship Options

Discipline Sponsorship – €1,250 + VAT

Exhibitors can sponsor an entire discipline within the programme. Whereas single session sponsorship only covers a session the discipline sponsorship covers all the sessions within the discipline. This will be of particular interest for companies who have a product, or service that relates to a specific discipline.

Included in the sponsorship price is:

  • 3 delegate places in chosen discipline
  • Opportunity to place a pop-up display in the room
  • Opportunity to place a company sign on the lectern (sign to be supplied by sponsor)
  • Sponsors logo on all discipline seminar programme signage.
  • Exclusive opportunity to distribute literature in chosen discipline
  • Sponsor to be acknowledged in selected discipline.
  • Sponsors logo to be displayed on the screen at the start and end of the session.

Single Session Sponsorship – €495 + VAT

Exhibitors can sponsor an individual lecture session within the programme, this will be of particular interest for companies who have a product that relate to a specific session, as promotional activities are available during the session. Sponsors have the option to:

  • Place a company sign on the lectern (sign to be supplied by sponsor)
  • Project their logo on the screen at the start and end of the session
  • Place promotional material either on seats or at the back of the room
  • Place a pop-up display in the room
