Accurate, complete, and timely reporting of notifiable infectious diseases is critical to identify outbreaks. The MedLIS project using Cerner Millennium will provide a single flexible platform for Ireland greatly enhancing the quality and efficiency of reporting on COVID & all infectious diseases into Public Health systems.
