Biography

Aisling is a Medical Scientist in the Clinical Immunology Laboratory at Cork University Hospital and a PhD candidate in the Biological Sciences department at Munster Technological University. She began her PhD in 2020 after completing an MSc in Medical Science with the University of Ulster. Her research to date has primarily focused on Multiple Myeloma (MM) and investigating laboratory-based strategies to enhance the diagnosis of this disease as well as the monitoring of MM patients.
